John Siggard is the founder and owner of two MSPs (managed service providers) companies based out of Washington, Utah: Superior Technical Solutions and IT4Eyes, which primarily serve the Western United States but also have clients in the Southeast. John, who has worked in IT for over 20 years, founded Superior Technical Solutions in 2009. In 2023, John noticed a significant trend in their client base—most were in the medical field, particularly optometry and ophthalmology. In response, he launched IT4Eyes, which specializes in providing IT services tailored to eye care professionals. His MSPs offer two primary services—cybersecurity, including network analysis and security risk assessments, and general IT support.
